The passenger door solenoid is probably fried inside and/or you need internal adjustments and lubrication. Start with lubrication and if that doesn't fix it do the internal adjustment procedure as outlined in the Workshop Manual. If after all that you still have the same problem you will have to either replace or rewind the solenoid. Probably a good idea to do both doors at the same time.
