Thanks very much to EVERYONE who offered advice for the problem with my cooling fans and horn not working. The next day when I went out to tackle the problem(s), the horns decided to work, or in maybe my state of dismay the night before I had the battery disconnected (or maybe it was just the night's heavy humidity). As for the cooling fans, I finally it got through my undersized brain what everyone was trying to tell me: the AC circuit works the fans in addition to the otterstat circuit (thanks especially David T.) I hooked my fan fail module jumpers back up, turned the engine on, set the AC on, and sure enough the cooling fans came on. So I then metered the otterstat circuit down to the last wire. Every thing checked ok(?). So I pulled the yellow electrical connector near the coil, and cleaned the contact points and holes. I jumpered the otterstat wires back together, turned the ignition, and the cooling fans worked!! Like Warren at DMC says, "Every good deed (you do for your Delorean)deserves punishment." Thanks again. Mike VIN #5781 __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
