Problem with podcasts is they HAVE to be in quicktime format, the software on the Mac only encodes in quicktime and then uploads it to an apple server. Without alot of added software macs do not like to play WMV files (windows standard) Quicktime is a universal format that all computers will play. If the podcast is over 5-6 minutes it will take a few minutes to buffer on broadband and maybe even 10 minutes with dial-up. There may be a problem on the apple server or a hell of alot of people are trying to download the file at once. Alistair.
