Yes, I have first-hand expoerience. We tested a number of cars recently including Dave Swingle's bone stock car which was in fine running condition. It produced 99.4 peak HP at the rear wheels, and 138.7 ft-lbs of torque. Since his car has a manual transmisison you can assume about 12% drive train losses. That yields about 114 HP at the flywheel. I think the 130 HP rating rather "optimistic". (fraudulent?) For additional info I recommend getting a copy of Gullwing Magazine, volume 3, issue 4 with my article on the dyno testing/tuning we did. -Joe Kuchan >From: "Nick" <nicholden@xxxxxxxxx> >Reply-To: dmcnews@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx >To: dmcnews@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx >Subject: [DML] Dyno HP >Date: Sun, 09 Jul 2006 03:33:47 -0000 > >Hi, > >My newly supercharged, sequential efi Delorean is finally ready for a >dyno run in the next week or two (time permitting).
