I have a tester I can loan for the warm up to test with, but I don't have a tester for the cat. Hi John- I doubt it's the warm up regulator, since it's less than a year old. However, I haven't replaced all my vacuum lines yet. Some are a little hard to reach. Could that be an issue? Wayne A.
