[DML] VIN plates at DCS

I thought the VIN plates were an extremely good idea - even if we didn't  get 
to do the VIN line-up.  If nothing else, it made for a great collector  plate 
and I have it hanging in my garage - something that will remind me of  DCS06 
many years from now.  Shirts get faded, brochures get thrown away,  pins get 
misplaced.  But a metal license plate in a garage is  great!
 
Ken, please make this a regular part of DCS!
