I like the idea, but I don't think it would be realistic if Ken was also
raffling a car.  Ken relies on the funds from the Raffle Car and the General
Raffle tickets to break even and have then necessary funds to secure the
next location. IMHO A significant option like winning a refurb would cut
into the Raffle Car ticket sales.
