Nathan: Do you have one of the vendors aftermarket metal muffler heat shields? When I put one on I would get a similar rattle from the back of the car, I simply had to tighten the bolts that held it on a little more. If that isn't it I would still guess an exhaust related component, perhaps one of the mounting brackets or a loose clamp. Hello everyone, My car has had this problem since I purchased it. When accelerating, usually with the motor pushing through 3000 rpm, I hear this really annoying rattling sound from the rear of the car. I have inspected everywhere for something loose but can't seem to locate it. It sounds like a set of keys jingling (only louder). Any ideas?
