[DML] Rough running Cold

I have read just about every post I could find on this subject but not 
able to solve the problem. Car starts well. Idles fine when cold. Step 
on the accellerator it coughs and tries to stall. About the time that 
the vacuum cuts out from the warm up regulator the car runs fine (I 
monitored it with a vacuum guage). I checked for vacuum leaks in that 
area and do not have any. Car pulls almost 20" vacuum. I have replaced 
the Idle speed computer and the cold start regulator. Any suggestions?
