Your seat belt buzzer is nicely tucked away under the dash above the steering column. Almost impossible to get to. Its mounted on a steel plate with several other components. I'm betting its come loose and has shorted one of the wires against that steel bracket. Try removing or realigning it back into place to see if that fixes your chirping.
