By saying 'best gasoline' I hope you don't mean the highest octane rating. The octane topic has been discussed many times before and the conclusion is that 87 (for the US users) is the best for the DeLorean.
About the ethanol... I would recommend to stay away from it. It makes the gasoline more corrosive and that will not be good for the old D fuel system. 'old' meaning not designed to use that blend of gasoline.
