If by "racetrack" you mean "off a cliff" a DeLorean might make 150mph. Top speed as quoted by magazines of the era were 120-130mph (Car and Driver, May and July 1981) 136mph est (Wheels, June 1981), 117mph measured (Autocar, June 1981), 109mph measured (Road and Track December 1981), 120mph estimated (Car and Driver December 1981).
