This can be caused by a lot of things, from worn spark plugs, to vacuum leaks, to a Control Pressure Regulator. If it has been a long time since your last tune-up start with that and if that doesn't cure the problem then you will have to look deeper but at least you have some known, good parts to start with. Also check the base (intial) timing and the vacuum advance and the mechanical advance.
