My 2 cents on this, I got my shift boot from www.redlinegoods.com.  It
was a perfect fit and I was able to re-use my plastic frame thank
goodness.  It took some glue and some patience but it looks great. 
They also make leather covers for the parking brake, and you can get
the leather/stitch color scheme any way you like.
