[DML] Water leak found!

Hello all.
A few weeks ago I posted that I have a water leak in my passenger
door that pools on the lower door seal. Yesterday, with the help of
folks on this, and other lists, I found the source of my leak. The
fixed part of the door glass isn't as fixed as it should be. The glue
holding it in has come loose and now water runs in past the glass,
down through the door and out onto the seal, then onto the floor. If
I press gently on the glass behind the opening window, it will move
inward away from the door skin.
What is involved in removing and re-sealing this glass? I have my
seal numbers from DMCH, though I wouldn't mind them again just to make
sure I have everything. I also will get some 3M windshield adhesive,
which I'll also use to glue in my fascia re-enforcements. I'm
assuming that pulling the glass will be something like pulling a
windshield, i.e. lots of patient work with the proper tools to keep
from breaking the glass.
