The original DMC radiator has very high fin tube density that the aftermarket ones don't. (Look at them side by side!) My personal opinion is that the aftermarket 3-core unit is about equivalent to the OEM in terms of capacity, although since the piping is larger it should resist clogging better. Nobody has every actually tested this in a scientific way that I'm aware of so I'm guessing a bit.
