Did you try Dry Ice? I've heard from other owners that it works surprisingly well at popping dents back out. I have heard to heat the area with a hairdryer, then put the dry ice on it, and you sometimes actually hear a "pop" when the dent comes back out of the stainless. I saw one of the dry ice repairs on a Ohio Club Member's car, and in the right light you can still see a slight imperfection.
