Joey - The bolts that are used to attach the trailing arm bolt bushing retention plates to the frame have a double nut on them. There are welded nuts on the frame that the bolts are screwed into. Then, double (or jam) nuts are screwed onto the ends of the bolts to make sure they never come out. The trick is to get the double nuts off, because the bolts are long enough that there isn't room for the nuts to come off without also loosening the bolts a bit. Whatever you do, don't try to remove the bolts without first removing the jam nuts. The process of getting the remains of the broken bolts out of the welded nuts is not pretty. I have tried spraying it with "deep creep" hoping that might help clean it up but it did not help.
