Scott... Both are obviously scams and should be avoided at all costs.   This 
type of scam has been around for sometime.  If it seems too good to be  true 
then it probably isn't true.  These auctions should be reported to  e-bay so 
e-bay can take action.  I've seen this type of scam in so many  different areas 
of e-bay.
