Mine looked like it had been dipped in tar, then sat in saltwater for a few months, then covered in mud for good measure... I thought the frame was in good shape despite it all but I'm starting to find out otherwise after starting to repair some of the cracks in the epoxy this weekend. I won't even go into my opinions on the epoxy... needless to say the stuffs tough.
