What is your source for the explanation you are giving? There is enough misinformation around without spreading more guesses or rumors. We do not know when this video was produced and what it's purpose was. I can "guess" that it was produced to show to prospective investors but again, I am only guessing. Maybe those guys "sitting in" wanted longer coffe breaks!
