they haven't done there homework either....'will sell for $5700.

if a car is this good and genuine...i'll take it at $5700.

ebay really need to clean up their act. they should cover any fraud 
whatsoever, afterall if you buy over the net with a credit card, the 
purchase is covered so why can't ebay??.
