Also make sure you reattached ALL the ground wires back onto the intake manifold. On the right side there is one and on the left side top there is one which is a cluster of several and one by itself. The one on the right will affect the Lambda so check that it is attached. You could also have a bad connection in the plug that goes onto the Frequency valve. Make sure the wires haven't backed out and they are nice and clean and the plug snaps on.
