Matt, One of the reasons I don't have a ( Test Pipe ) as it's called is of the legal aspect. All the disclaimers won't protect me , you or the shop that puts it on. It boils down to this as I'm told by the manufacture that after 1980 and if the car came with a cat, the shop and the manufacture would be help more liable for installing it or not having one that works.
