Driving with the doors open is one of the "special" things you can do with a Delorean. Drive slow and don't go over any large bumps so the doors don't bounce. Also try not to drive close to any people walking or standing, you could hit them in the head with the doors. Another thing to keep in mind is with the doors open you have no side rear view mirrors. If you go slow you should have no problems.
