The Renault Alpine GTA, GTA V6 Turbo and A610 all have solid decklids and glass screens where our louvers are. They have a quite intricate blower system that keeps the engine cool(er). I had one Alpine expert look at a DeLorean engine bay and say "now that's how Renualt should have done it!". They have lots of problems keeping things cool when they go for higher performance - we have an open engine cover and louvered lid, and open at the base. We have it good. Fans? Bit pointless really on a D Martin To address comments privately to the moderating team, please address: moderators@xxxxxxxxxxx For more info on the list, tech articles, cars for sale see www.dmcnews.com To search the archives or view files, log in at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dmcnews Yahoo!
