[DML] swaybar removal

Hey all

Just a quick question.. I finally got my frame completely stripped today
and am finally ready to start cleaning it up.. My question is how to you
get the front swaybar out of it's bushings on the lower control arm? I
fought with it for a good three hours before giving up and just dropping
the front suspension with it still tied together..
