It's a great idea, but I wonder how the "bureaucratic red tape" would play into it. I can just see a frivelous lawsuit now: "I saw the car man, and I just wanted to touch it; I didn't think I'd get shocked. There should be a warning label on it somewhere. O-wah O-wah!"
