[DML] Locking Gas Cap

I am certain this information is in error. Vin. 3254 never had a gas flap. However, it came stock with a "pain in the A$$" locking gas cap. My guess is, for cost purposes, DMC used the locking caps in production until the invetory was all gone. I wonder how this would be scored in a Concours event? 

Yes I have replaced the original cap, Thanks DMCH.
