In general, people who read Forbes aren't interested in the DeLorean car. They're interested in building businesses and making money. The writer knows that, and is going to concentrate solely on the quotes that Steven has made that make him look like a "good businessman" or, more likely, an agressive or ruthless businessman. If Forbes couldn't make him look like that, they wouldn't have written the article, because it wouldn't have been interesting to the readers. The writer may have taken some of Steven's quotes out of context, but even if he did, nothing in the article impugns either Steven or DMCH. The only person who sees it that way is one who has already incriminated him in his own mind (reinforcement of bias).
