Mike and others, Although I do not know who Erv. R. Tallberg is, the 2,500 shares is the standard amount of shares each dealer was required to buy back in 1980. I reviewed the D.A. Pennebaker DMC documentary recently and those numbers were specifically mentioned at the dealer meeting in New Orleans in early 1980. The actual amount was $25,000 which was translated into 2,500 shares at $100 each.
