It's one I wrote sometime ago and although I've changed it a bit for my own use on our company page, the last question still remains the same. Alternatively "It's in for a service" or "I got stopped for speeding at 87mph so I removed the temptation" or simply looking blanky at them and asking them what they mean is a really good ploy, if you're a good enough actor!
