Josh, Something is shorting out. DO NOT use a larger fuse. Find the short! Take out all the bulbs and see if the fuse blows. The replace them one at a time. Fuse 12 has power on all the time so I'm not sure why it's blowing when you press the headlight switch. I bet if you recheck your work and replace the LEDs one by one you'll find the answer.
