The fact that both rear wheels are still relativly in alignment and there is no lateral fender damage on either of the rear fenders from either of the wheels shifting enough to cause a loss of control, I think it's unlikly this rollover is from a broken TAB just by looking at the pics.. It looks more like it resulted from broken steering components or perhaps one of the ball joints seperating. But I wasn't there.. so who really knows. All we can do is take their word for it., and I see no reason why anyone would be dishonest about the reasons for the crash. Just my two cents.
