[DML] Headlight problem

Hi all a friend of mines D is having a problem with the headlights.. they wont 
go off... If u push the switch once for the parking lights they come on and twice 
the headlights come on. but u push it to turn them off and the headlights 
remain on.. the parking and side lights go off like they should.. could the 
switch be partially malfunctioning??? Thanks...Dave...vin.. 15275
