Alternator - no. Compressor - kinda. It has to be disconnected off of its little "clamp". I used twist ties (not kitchen twist ties; I mean like the ones they use to hold people's hands behind their backs in some police work) and tied the compressor in the back left of the engine compartment. CPR has to come off too.
