Break down and get the Workshop Manual. The head torques are not just a number, it is a procedure. If you are attempting to rebuild a motor without a manual you are very foolish not to spend the few bucks to insure success. In fact the manuals should be among the first things you order when you get a "D" if it didn't come with them! BTW, why do you have to rebuild the motor? and NO, it does not make the car a "zero" mileage car.
