You must verify that BOTH fans are working, especially when running the A/C. If the refrigerent is NOT R-12 it becomes even more important (and harder) to get the system to cycle properly. There is supposed to be a label indicating the conversion, the amount of refrigerent, and the pressures if you no longer use R-12.
