David, I did spray with WD40. The key now almost gets sucked in because of it, but still the lock won't budge. The car is now locked up in the garage where the shocks were changed, so I'll try again next monday. Ed Uding advised me to disassemble the housing and then hitting the lock assembly with a rubber hammer. So I'll probably try that first. Unless my D has had some time to think about this all during the weekend and decided to release the lock. Sometimes she just likes to do these kind of things just so I give her some more attention ...
