Not that I can help much technically, but the owners manual does state that bi-level is supposed to split heated and conditioned air. Wouldn't testing in the Max position be a better indication? Nice and cold out of the vents except under the dash/binnacle whatever (also no more cycling every five seconds) Only hot air where my feet are burning even when switched to bi/level. Any ideas? I just ordered a new diaphram for the mode selector from PJ hoping maybe that will help.
