Well, it's confirmed. My torsion bar broke about 2" in from the end at the rear of the car. Now I'm just wondering about the drivers side bar. I've had the car for over 5 years now and hardly ever have passengers so my drivers side gets used more obviously. I guess I'll wait until it goes before I worry about it. For those of you that have never heard one break before, it is really loud, just about like a gunshot like Rob said.
