I very much appreciate the information you provided. That is very interesting. I was under the impression that the movie studio still had the car(s). 
 
Do you mind saying what town you live in or the generaly area?

#10902 was purchased by Universal in 1993 to raffle off at the grand
opening of the BTTF ride in Hollywood. Universal was legally bound to
offer either the car, or its cash equivelent (they paid $26k for the
car) to the winner. The winner took the cash so Universal repeated the
promotion. Again the winner took the cash. #10902 then sat virtually
untouched for 12 years at the Universal Tram Garage until I purchased it
this spring for a lot less than $26k.
