Greg - There are only so many ways that you can simplify this task, and our instructions that come with our delrin bushings have all the known "tricks". As Kevin said, you really need two people because you are working both inside and outside the car at the same time. I feel your pain - I will be installing one of ours in a customer's car next weekend. As I said, there are some tips, but there is no "magic formula".
