Get yourself a new (or used) clutch fork, the only way you are sure to NOT have to do it again is with new parts...not parts that have been rigged, I've found this out many times the hard way. Also looks like someone cut the flywheel a bit too deep so you'll probably need to get one of these as well-but get a second opinion from others before hand. Kind of a dumb question but was the pressure plate bolted down tight? transmission bolted to the engine tightly? Was the air bled from the lines or was there any fluid leaking?
