Dennis, Drill out and use screws or Pop Rivets. You can do it with the door
on.

If anyone has changed the upper door seals, is there an easier way
than drilling the rivets out with a 1/8 drill bit?  Also what is the
easiest way to get the new seals into position on the door to install
the rivets or does the door need to come off.
