You can use a "pickle fork" (kind of looks like one) or a tool that looks like a weird "C" clamp. The pickle fork may damage the boot but it is univeral and cheap. The "Gorrilla" way is to heat the end up and pound it apart but it is very smelly and messy with all that grease and you WILL destroy the boot. Besides, it is not recomended to heat suspension or steering parts.
