My DeLorean has 121,000 miles on it and she fires up almost instantly upon turning the key. This 24 year old relic starts up easier than my 3 year old Chrysler Sebring. The PRV is a rugged, dependable engine. Other ones that come to mind are the Dodge Slant-6 (almost indestructible) and the Nissan 2.4 inline-four used in their pickup trucks. (Mine had over 300,000 kilometres on it and still didn't burn a drop of oil.) We all tend to gripe about the PRV-6's lack of power, but JZD could have chosen worse.
