Right there lies the problem with classic insurance. According to this policy, you must drive to the gas station with your daily driver, fill a tank up, and then take it home to your classic car to fill it. Also means you can't wash it at the car wash. Also means you can't have fun showing off at the local drive-thru fast food joint. All of these actions are considered "errands." Now I'm going to venture a guess and say most drivers who have classic insurance are doing all of the above.
