The most likely causes are that your front calipers need to rebuilt and it is also possible that you need new brake hoses. You should consider rebuilding the whole system at one time. Generally if one part fails it is because the fluid went bad and the whole system is contaminated and will fail soon. Do the clutch too and change the brake fluid in both systems every 2 years with Castrol GTLMA DOT 4.
