[DML] DCS magazine did you get yours

If you ordered a DCS magazine and have not received Vol 2  issue 2  please 
e-mail me before Sunday night so I can get a rough number of how many did  not 
make it.
 
I am making a formal complaint to the Post office for being  incompetent
 
The case study worker has seen some of the tattered and torn packages that  
get delivered so if you received the magazine and the envelope was damaged  
please e-mail me back as well.
 
This time however it appears that we lost few magazines but they arrived  
torn and pretty beat up. Fortunately the magazines inside were not too  bad.
 
I buy good envelopes.
 
We want to improve the quality of how you receive them but I do need input  
to do so
